Wk 5 Copy righting

All through life we have always heard of people copy righting there work, it can be due to a good idea, invention or so on. People get copy rights on there things so people can respect there hard work. I think its important so people won't take credit for other peoples work. It depends on what grade I am teaching. I would ask them what they think copy righting is. Then give them a brief assignment over it and lecture about it

Where parents can protect there children when they are surfing the web. It can be the same thing because if our kids or students go into chat rooms they can pretty much spot out the good from the bad!! Most parents warn there kids about the things like this.
Cyber-bullying is one of those things you can really protect, most kids/teens hide it until its to late. Most parents control there kids computer use, by putting the computer in a open area so anybody can see whats going on the computer at all times. Thats also another way you can protect your kids from predators, I know growing up when we had our computer my mother monitored all our activities. So there was no hiding from her.

This weeks activity was very interesting, I would never have thought about none of this if I never had been in this class. I learned something new about the whole copy righting laws and how you can register.

WK 4

Week 4
I have learned a lot more this week, even though in high school we had to learn theses things typing how to design web pages. But I forgot all that lol. This class is helping me remember all the little basics stuff I forgot.. Web 2.0 showed me a little more about the purpose and the concept of webquest and their functions. Its very helpful, so if I wanted to make my own website on do something like facebook and twitter and the other popular social networks I would start there! I FEEL LIKE I AM IN HIGH SCHOOL ALL OVER AGAIN I PROMISE.. BUT THIS TIME I CAN'T WING PASS IT, I REALLY HAVE TO COME ON HERE AND DO ALL THE EXTRA THINGS.. WEB 2.0 IS VERY USEFUL, THATS EXACTLY WAY THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE CREATED MYSPACE FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL WEBSITE WE ARE HOOKED ON ARE RICH LOL
